Discuss your findings with your agency's special events committee and board of directors.
Sign a licensing agreement and return with the $250 annual licensing fee.
Arrange with us a date for the three-day training session at your facility. You pay the expenses (air travel, hotel, ground transportation and meals).
After the licensing agreement is signed and before the training session, work with Via Colori to create an event budget and a specific timetable.
During the three-day training, these meetings will be conducted by our trainer:
- the committee as a whole,
- each committee member individually,
- all interested parties (press, business leaders, artist groups)
Between training and the event, an additional visit may be made by the trainer (at our expense).
Significant and unlimited communication will occur between you and us.
Fees: $250 annual licensing fee
Royalty: 3% of all revenues associated with the event.
